We all know about physical health and the importance of it in our life. By doing yoga, exercise and diet we can achieve it. But many people don’t give importance to mental health and don't know how to achieve it.

Like what we eat is important for our physical health same with the mental health what we see, think and talk with ourselves and others everything is important for mental health.

1 Peace of mind is the calmness of our thoughts and completely being present in a moment.
2 No amount of negative energy affects our mind.
3 Do not let affect ourselves by haters.
4 Don't expect from anyone and harm your mind.
5 Continuously thinking about things which are  not in our hand✌️

So let's talk about peace of mind and how to achieve it in details.😊

1 Meditation



Meditation is the best way to find your peace of mind.
Start your day with a meditation and develop a habit of meditation and stick to it. Find a quiet spot and take deep breaths. Do it only for 20 minutes and you will feel calm and good.


2 Embrace change



As we grow up we find it hard to accept so accept my changes and don't know how to react it or handle it. We keep overthinking about it and hurting ourselves. So if we want peace of mind we have to embrace change and act according to it. if your close person change accepts it and moves on. If things are not going according to you, you have to accept it and respond accordingly.

3 Do  not focus on nonsense



We should not focus on nonsense. What others will think about you and talk bad about you. Following some nonsense trend. Disturb you by making fun of you and doing things that will disturb your mental peace. so you should not focus or give attention to them. Give importance to your mental health.

4 Do what you love



By doing what you love ...you have no time to focus on others and what others are saying or doing. Do things what makes you happy and keep doing it. As you more focus on yourself you improve yourself and mental health. So give more time to yourself and health.

5 write



Yes, this is my favourite step and following it. Believe me, this will help you. By writing your thoughts and idea you can avoid overthinking. you should practice writing. write everything about your day, your happy moments, sad moments, goal and idea everything. This will help you to improve your observation and writing skills.
