Right now in this world most of the people want to weight loss.so here,
 
I like to share with you my personal experience and how I able to lose my weight. I lose a few kgs by simply walking every day for two hours and came back into shape.

When we start we all are struggling with consistency and patience. we all want the quick result but believe me, you have to give time to your health.


Health is a major concern. Everybody wants to be fit and good health. Most people just put this idea aside by thinking about the time and money they have to pay to gyms

👉Let's talk about easy and simple idea to lose weight.


Health is wealth. if we invest in our health its always going to pay off. By keeping a healthy body our mind automatically works two steps ahead.

Bad habits take very less time to get used to it. But good habits always takes time and patience and consistency.
We should give some time to our health.

We find it very hard to go to the gym and do heavy exercise every day. But by adopting some good habit we can achieve a good health goal.

• Every big thing starts with small steps.
We can achieve fitness by walking every day for that you don't have to give a specific time but by choosing between Elevator or Steps, sitting on the couch all day and using phone or taking steps in the garden, by using the bike for near shop or taking few steps. All depend on your choice.

But always remember once you start no one can stop you✋ only you and your excuses can.


• 2 tips to be consistent.

1.Track your steps.


Yes, by using step counter application you can count your steps and how many km you have walked you can record it. It will boost your confidence.

2. Start with 30 minutes walk.

By simply start with 30 minutes walk. You will not feel stress to give special time. After all, it's your health you can give only 30 minutes for yourself. Slowly you can increase your time.
